Maximum Sunlight

This interior and exterior renovation aimed to maximize living spaces and bring in more sunlight. A basement walkout for a legal secondary suite as well as an in-law suite was dug up to allow for maximum sunlight, which involved obtaining city-stamped drawings and permits, underpinning, the installation of large sliding doors and a small patio. A backyard deck was added to provide more outdoor living space, while the siding on the house was replaced for a fresh and updated look. Jewelstone was added to the front of the house for a fresh upgrade.

Additionally, sweeping interior renovations were completed, creating a cohesive and comfortable living environment. The result was a bright and spacious home perfect for modern living.
